We would like to inform you that the following general terms and conditions of sale indicate, in compliance with current regulations protecting consumers, the conditions and procedures for making online purchases on the website www.therineskincare.com of products of your interest in a secure, easy, and convenient manner. Therefore, we invite you to read and accept them in order to proceed with the purchase.
By confirming the order, the following conditions are automatically deemed accepted:
DEFINITIONS
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products by PIEMMEGGI S.r.l. with registered office at Via Coschi, 11, 88046, Lamezia Terme, VAT number 03566180794, Share Capital € 10,000 fully paid-up, registered with the Companies Register of Catanzaro (CZ – 203799), through the website www.therineskincare.com, to consumer users.
The General Conditions of Sale are effective from the date of acceptance by the customer on the website, which constitutes acceptance in accordance with Article 1341 of the Civil Code.
PIEMMEGGI S.r.l. reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time by publishing them on the website.
PURCHASING METHODS
Product purchases are made by accessing the website.
For each product, a description containing the main characteristics is available on the website. All purchase support information is to be understood as simple generic informative material; it is understood that the image accompanying the product description may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in color, size, products, labels, and packaging. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
Each order transmitted to PIEMMEGGI S.r.l. is equivalent to a contractual proposal by the customer. Therefore, it is binding on PIEMMEGGI S.r.l. only if:
1. it is complete in all its parts and contains all the elements necessary to correctly identify the ordered products.
2. it is confirmed and accepted by PIEMMEGGI S.r.l. through its fulfillment.
PIEMMEGGI S.r.l. reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders or those lacking the necessary data for their fulfillment.
The Customer will be informed if their order cannot be fulfilled due to the unavailability of the ordered product. In this case, PIEMMEGGI S.r.l. will promptly notify the customer.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
All prices on the website are intended for the public and therefore inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
Prices are subject to change without notice, and the correct price is the one indicated at the time of order confirmation.
Accepted payment methods:
Credit Card – PayPal
You can choose to make payment through the secure PayPal payment system, which allows for online payments with the highest security standards and buyer protection against computer fraud. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to complete the payment, and you can use the system with Credit Cards as well.
SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY
Goods will generally be shipped within a few working days from the receipt of the amount due (excluding holidays), unless the product is not available in stock. From the day of receipt of the order by PIEMMEGGI S.r.l. to the day of shipment, one to fifteen working days may elapse.
PIEMMEGGI S.r.l. utilizes specialized and highly qualified partners for shipment and logistics management. Shipments and their operational organization will be managed and organized by Origine Naturale S.r.l.
There may be periods of the year during which deliveries may experience delays due to holidays or other events. If delays of any kind occur, the Customer will be promptly notified.
Shipments within Italy will be made ordinarily by express courier.
Customers will receive an email once the shipment has been made, which will also include the shipment code for online tracking on dedicated websites.
It is the responsibility of PIEMMEGGI S.r.l. to communicate any delays in order fulfillment in a timely manner. No responsibility can be attributed to PIEMMEGGI S.r.l. for delayed or undelivered shipments attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.
The Customer must pay particular attention to correctly indicating the delivery address in the purchase order, ensuring that an address is provided where someone is always present to receive the delivery and providing the name written on the doorbell (if different from the Customer).
For the delivery of products, the presence of the Customer or their authorized representative at the address indicated in the order is necessary. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, undamaged, wet, or altered in closure materials. Any discrepancies must be promptly contested by writing a check reserve on the courier’s delivery receipt. Once the courier’s document is signed, the Customer cannot raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods.
NON-RECEIPT
The goods travel under the responsibility of the recipient. If, for reasons beyond PIEMMEGGI S.r.l.’s control (such as recipient absent, incorrect shipping address provided at the time of purchase, etc.), the order is returned to the sender and the customer wishes to receive it again, PIEMMEGGI S.r.l. reserves the right to charge the customer for both the return to sender and the new shipment transportation costs.
SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of each shipment is €6.90.
Shipping is free for orders over €49.00.
SHIPMENTS ABROAD
Shipments to EU countries can be arranged by contacting us at info@www.therineskincare.it or shop@www.therineskincare.it to inquire about rates and conditions.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from any order, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen working days from the day of receipt of the goods. In this case, the Customer must send an email to shop@www.therineskincare.it expressing the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and indicating the order number, the products to be returned, the chosen method for the refund of the amount paid indicating the bank details on which to receive the refund (ABI, CAB, CIN codes, current account, and data of the account holder). The Customer must bear the costs of returning the goods, intact and in their original packaging, at their own expense. PIEMMEGGI S.r.l. is not responsible for theft or damage to returned goods shipped without insurance, and in any case, the responsibility for the shipment rests with the Customer until it is received at our headquarters. The return of incomplete products, even if used in part, damaged, or without original accessories or equipment, will not be accepted by PIEMMEGGI S.r.l. and will be returned to the sender with additional transportation costs. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods, which travel under their responsibility, arrive in perfect condition. Returns on delivery are not accepted.
PIEMMEGGI S.r.l. having verified the above, will proceed to refund the money paid by the customer.
